Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: July 5, 2026.

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of Dindili, including https://dindili.com/, public pages, user accounts, the family dashboard, story generation, credits, subscriptions, payments, e-mail, WhatsApp, and Kindle deliveries, EPUB/PDF files, images, illustrations, audio, and other resources made available by the platform.

By accessing the site, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, buying credits, registering a child, inviting another guardian, requesting stories, or using any feature, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Return and Refund Policy.

1. What Dindili is

Dindili is a platform for families to create personalized children’s stories with the support of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. Stories may consider information registered by the parent or guardian, such as age, interests, personality, values, developmental prompts, child characteristics, language, weather/approximate location, and delivery preferences.

Depending on the plan and available credits, the platform may offer daily stories, extra stories, covers, illustrations, narrated audio, EPUB/PDF files, e-mail delivery, WhatsApp delivery, Kindle delivery, complete media packages, and other resources that may be launched in the future.

2. Account, age, and user responsibility

The account must be created and managed by a person who is at least 18 years old or legally capable. The account holder represents that they are authorized to register data about children and other family members, and to define schedules, preferences, delivery channels, and content used for personalization.

You are responsible for keeping your data correct, protecting your access, not improperly sharing passwords or codes, and reporting any suspected unauthorized use. Actions performed in the account will be presumed to have been made by the account owner or by an authorized administrator, unless proven otherwise.

3. Child and family profiles

The user may register child profiles according to the plan limit. Each profile may include name, date of birth, gender when provided, photo, description, characteristics, interests, values, prompts, location/language, and delivery time. This data is used to personalize stories and deliveries.

Some plans allow additional guardians to be invited. The account owner is responsible for choosing trusted people, removing access when necessary, and guiding invited administrators on appropriate use of the platform. Administrators may use shared family resources according to system permissions and plan limits.

4. Plans, subscription, and access

Plans shown at checkout indicate price, currency, benefits, child limits, story quantities, additional guardians, and other commercial conditions in effect at the time of purchase. The active plan may grant access to the dashboard, story creation, recurring benefits, promotional credits, or additional resources, according to the contracted offer.

Subscriptions may be monthly, annual, promotional, trial-based, or in another format indicated at checkout. When recurring billing applies, you authorize automatic renewal until cancellation. Payment failures, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or plan expiration may suspend access to paid resources.

Family invitees may not subscribe to their own plan inside the shared account; subscription management belongs to the account owner unless the system provides otherwise.

5. Credits and extra resources

Credits are internal digital units used to request additional resources, such as extra stories, covers, illustrations, narrated audio, and complete packages. The cost of each resource may change based on product adjustments, provider prices, promotions, or campaigns. The current cost is always the one shown on screen at the time of request.

As of this version, the platform has internal costs configured for extra stories, covers, illustrated stories, and narrated audio, as well as credit packages. The complete package, when available, calculates the media items still missing for that story and may apply a discount according to the rule shown in the system.

Credits are not currency, do not accrue interest, are not a financial product, and, except where legally required or where Dindili acknowledges a failure, are not converted into money after consumption. Credits used in properly processed requests do not automatically return to the balance.

6. Daily stories and extra stories

The plan may allow daily story creation, usually linked to the child profile and the delivery time defined by the parent or guardian. Generation depends on queue availability, technical capacity, registered information, external providers, and AI processing. Therefore, delivery times are an operational reference, not an absolute guarantee of the exact minute.

Extra stories may be requested with credits when available. The request enters the generation queue and uses the data provided by the parent or guardian. If essential information, balance, an active child, a valid plan, or technical capacity is missing, the request may be refused, paused, or sent to support.

7. Images, illustrations, audio, EPUB/PDF, and complete package

After a story is ready, the user may request media resources according to availability: cover/banner, chapter illustrations, audio narration, EPUB/PDF files, Kindle delivery, and complete package. These resources are personalized for the specific story and may depend on external providers, storage, processing queues, and technical validations.

The video feature may appear in catalogues, plans, or internal text, but may remain unavailable or planned for a future stage until it is released in the dashboard. When a resource is marked as “coming soon” or unavailable, the user has no automatic right to receive it before official release.

If a media request fails due to a confirmed technical error and cannot be reprocessed within a reasonable period, Dindili may, at its discretion and in accordance with the law, reprocess it, return credits, replace it with an equivalent benefit, or refund the corresponding amount.

8. Delivery by site, e-mail, WhatsApp, and Kindle

Stories remain available in the user dashboard and may be sent through channels configured by the parent or guardian. E-mail, WhatsApp, or Kindle delivery depends on correct data, permissions from the destination platform, third-party availability, connection, spam filters, Amazon/Kindle acceptance, and other external rules.

For Kindle, the user is responsible for providing the correct Amazon/Kindle e-mail and, when necessary, authorizing the sender indicated by Dindili in the Amazon account. Failures caused by an incorrect address, provider block, full mailbox, missing permissions, or third-party rules do not create an automatic refund guarantee.

9. Artificial intelligence and human review

Dindili content may be generated by AI. Although we seek quality, safety, and child-appropriate content, automated models may generate errors, omissions, repeated excerpts, unexpected interpretations, or elements that do not exactly represent the user’s intention.

The parent or guardian should review stories and media before using them in school, therapeutic, religious, public, commercial, or sensitive environments. The content is creative and recreational; it does not replace medical, psychological, educational, legal, religious, or professional guidance.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Dindili to:

  • violate laws, children’s rights, third-party rights, intellectual property, privacy, or security;
  • register false, offensive, excessive, or unauthorized data;
  • request sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, graphic violence, discrimination, harassment, hate, self-harm, fraud, scams, illegal instructions, or any content incompatible with the platform’s family purpose;
  • attempt to invade, copy, scrape, improperly automate, overload, decompile, or bypass technical service mechanisms;
  • resell access, credits, stories, or media without express authorization;
  • use stories or images in a way that exposes children, third parties, or personal data without proper authorization.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, generate abusive chargebacks, attempt fraud, harm third parties, or use the platform outside the contracted purpose.

11. Intellectual property

The Dindili brand, visual identity, software, code, design, institutional texts, flows, templates, structural prompts, pages, databases, technology, and proprietary materials belong to Dindili or its licensors.

The user retains any rights they already had over data, photos, descriptions, and materials submitted by them. By submitting content, the user grants Dindili a license sufficient to process, adapt, store, reproduce, and generate the requested materials as part of the service.

Stories and media generated for the family may be used by the user for personal, family, and non-commercial purposes, respecting third-party rights, privacy rules, and child protection. Commercial use, broad publication, licensing, sale, or relevant public exploitation requires prior authorization from Dindili when it involves platform elements, brand, characters, proprietary styles, or protected materials.

12. Payments, gateways, and billing records

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Mercado Pago, Pix, Woovi, AbacatePay, or other providers shown at checkout. Each provider has its own rules for approval, antifraud, chargebacks, timing, installments, conversion, fees, and disputes.

Dindili may record transaction information to release access, update subscriptions, add credits, issue receipts, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. Plan or credit release may depend on payment confirmation by the gateway.

13. Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund

Rules for cancellation, withdrawal, refund, unused credits, technical failures, and personalized requests are described in the Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Subscription cancellation stops future charges, but does not automatically delete data, stories, or records that must be kept for legal obligations, security, support, user history, or defense of rights.

14. Availability and service changes

Dindili may evolve, change, remove, suspend, or replace features, plans, prices, credits, providers, AI models, delivery channels, and operational policies. Whenever possible, material changes will be communicated on the site, in the dashboard, or by e-mail.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet failures, external provider instability, AI queues, payment gateways, e-mail services, WhatsApp, Amazon/Kindle, S3/CDN, or events outside reasonable control may affect deadlines and features.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, Dindili will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, subjective frustration, improper use, incorrectly entered data, third-party failures, external blocks, or consequences of content shared by the user without adequate review.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence when recognized, or legal guarantees that cannot be waived by contract.

16. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that personal data, including data about children registered by the parent or guardian, may be used to generate stories and media, operate deliveries, process payments, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, provider, pricing, or commercial practice changes. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change indicates awareness of the new version, without prejudice to rights guaranteed by law.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes should preferably be resolved by direct contact with support at [email protected] or https://dindili.com/contact/. If the dispute persists, the legally competent venue will apply, preserving consumer rights provided by law.
